11:45:35 AM Commissioner Skinner Finding that this application meets the requirements of Section 76-3-608 of the Montana Subdivision and Platting Act, and finding that it complies with Gallatin County Subdivision Regulations, I would move to approve the Rimrock Meadows Major Subdivision with staff suggested conditions with the following corrections to replace 13f with the applicant's suggested language, to on 13q, to eliminate private and substitue public, the word public, and 13aa to strike, "catching of fish," to strike, delete 16, Condition 16, delete 11 and to the end of Condition 15 to add, "simultaneously filed with final plat."

11:55:03 AM Commissioner Vincent With the applicant being willing, and I think it's a reasonable change, then in section 12, under livestock and poultry I'd put period in line 5 after, "of each year" so, "Any lot may have up to two horses from July 15 to September 15." And then, you might find fault with this, I'm doing this on the fly, "If it's determined that overgrazing of any lot is occurring as the result of the horses, the number of horses that shall be allowed to reside on said lot shall be determined by a majority vote of the board of directors. (Tom Henesh correction.) Of the Home Owner's Association.
